Sustainable clothing brands and shops in the UK

I want to share with you that I have a passion for second-hand shops. When I go in there, I don't get dizzy as I do when I enter to the big high-street shops. Whenever I enter into those big shops I immediately get the urge to leave and can only last 5 minutes or so as I just get so overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that is in there. While when I step into a second-hand shop it feels good that there are not thousands of lights, and racks and racks full of stuff that I don't want to buy. It feels like I just entered into a curated shop where there are many different styles and brands and I know that I will not be in there very long as there is only so much I can look within my size so I don't get imitated by the amount of choices like I do in other shops. Sorry for my long banter...

Second-hand shops are one of the most environmental friendly choices you can make when you purchase as you are removing the need for something new to be produced and saving natural resources. But obviously, it is difficult to find everything in second-hand shops. So for awhile I have been exploring and searching for ethical and environmental friendly clothing brands and shops in the UK.

It is amazing to see that so many new brands and shops have opened over the course of years and it is now so much easier to find and access sustainable clothing brands. Here is a sustainable shopping directory I put together so far and hope it will be useful for you!
