Emmets Garden

Emmetts Garden is on Ide Hill in Kent and it is a beautiful garden with exotic and rare plants. 

It has a wildflower meadow, rock garden, exotic garden, rose garden and woodland so as you move from one part to the other you feel like you are in a different place. 

It was a very cold day on the day we visited Emmets Garden, even though it was end of August so it was still summer! We had a zero-waste picnic on one of the benches with sandwiches and tea we brought. We were very grateful that we brought hot tea in our thermos so that we could warm up a bit.
