Bateman’s is the family home of Rudyard Kipling located in Sussex Weald.
In addition to the beatuiful house, there are gardens including a vegetable garden, wild garden, orchard, rose garden and a lily pond.
Here are some photos from our visit on a nice sunny day.

There are several estate walks you can do around Bateman's, we have done a modified version of Puck's walk. As there was cattle in one of the fields, we had to change our way slightly in order not to disturb them.
