Castleton - Hope walk in Peak District
Castleton - Hope walk along Peakshole water
Start: Castleton/Castle Street
Distance: 2.8 miles (4.5 km)
Time: 1-2 hours
Castleton and Hope villages are connected by a walking path through farm lands and along the Peakshole water which makes a beautiful and short walk. As we were based in Castleton we walked to Hope, had tea at Cafe Adventure in Hope village and then walked back to Castleton following the same route making it a nice round walking trip.
